Shipping Info: Basic and Standard International Shipping is provided via Poste Italiane - the physical products are shipped from Italy. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery inside Italy, and 3-5 weeks for international destinations. Under normal circumstances, I expect orders sent by mail to arrive within a few days to two weeks of purchase, but cannot always guarantee this.
Return Policy: If you have received faulty CDs or Digital Music Files please let me know at marco@marcomachera.com in order to claim a refund. In case there is an error or fault in the music data file supplied, you can get new, working files - only if you are able to provide proof of the malfunction. You can also write an email in case you wish to cancel an order (please, within three (3) days max after the order) and get a refund.
